Scissor lifts are very large pieces of equipment, and although they provide a work platform for operators, they can quickly turn from safe to destructive. OSHA has recently issued a warning concerning the use of scissor lifts. OSHA states, “When not used properly, scissor lifts can present a serious hazard to workers.
